1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or gift cards


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@manifantastik.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5–10 business days].

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
